Eithne O'Grady

Eithne O'Grady has diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Eithne is currently the Director of Product Development at Transact Campus, where they previously held roles as Staff Product Owner and Senior Product Owner. Prior to Transact Campus, Eithne worked as a Program Manager at AXA Partners - Credit & Lifestyle Protection. Eithne also served as an Engagement Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and a Development Project Manager at both Dell and Perot Systems Ireland. In addition, Eithne worked as a contractor for Ericsson, managing the Pre-Paid Charging program as a Customer Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Original Solutions Ltd, Vodafone, Thomson Learning, and Thomson NETg, with responsibilities including CRM Project Manager, Fix Manager, Senior Software Project Manager, Quality Services Manager, Quality Services Team Lead, and Product Development Engineering/SQA Team Lead.

Eithne O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Limerick, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. Eithne also has a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Limerick, obtained between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their degrees, Eithne O'Grady has obtained certifications such as PMI ACP and Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute, as well as SPC SAFe Practitioner and SPC Safe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
