Franki Santiago

Franki Santiago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and network engineering, currently serving as Client Services Implementation Manager at Transaction Network Services since November 1998. In this role, Franki collaborates with sales and solutions architects to clarify client expectations and manage technical engagements to ensure an exceptional client experience. Previous positions include Systems Analyst and Network Engineer at TNS, where responsibilities included advancing SS7 networks and providing technical support during product implementation. Franki began the career as a Multichannel Communications Operator in the US Army and holds an AS in Network Engineering and an AA in Computer Science from Hillsborough Community College.
