Hariom Sharma

Hariom Sharma is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in solution architecture, customer experience management, and technical support across various renowned companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Solution Architecture at Transaction Network Services since January 2023, Hariom previously held significant roles at AGNITY, Inc, where responsibilities included leading solution engineering for telecom core network applications and IoT solutions in healthcare. Earlier, as General Manager at Reliance Jio, Hariom spearheaded initiatives in customer experience management, focusing on VoLTE and RCS verticals. With a career beginning in 1996 at Koshika, roles have included technical positions across multiple organizations, contributing to post-sales support, solution design, and project management. Hariom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications from Jai Narain Vyas University.
