Francois Rivet

Member Of Board Of Governors at IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS)

Francois Rivet serves as the General Chair for the 2025 IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (RFIC) and is a member of the Board of Governors for the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. As Project Coordinator for the HERMES European Project under Horizon 2020, Rivet focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence with deep sub-micron CMOS technology for advanced wireless communications. Rivet holds the position of Associate Professor at Bordeaux INP, where leadership is provided in the Circuits and Systems Team at the IMS Laboratory. Previous roles include Director of the International Office at ENSEIRB-MATMECA, Co-founder and CEO of Atlantic Innovation - Electronic Solutions, and visiting professorships at Monash University and Victoria University. Rivet's academic credentials include a PhD in Electronics and a Habilitation à diriger des recherches, all obtained from Université de Bordeaux.
