Carol Davies

Carol Davies is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading IT initiatives within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Head of Technology at Tata Consultancy Services since February 2018, Carol is instrumental in launching a new Third-Party Administrator for Transamerica Life Insurance Company and overseeing the integration of 24 administrative systems into a single platform. Previously, as Sr. Vice President of Technology Services and Operations at Transamerica, Carol managed development teams for policy administration systems and led shared resources across multiple locations. Carol’s earlier roles include VP and Chief Information Officer at Monumental Life Insurance Company and VP and CIO at AEGON USA, Inc., where technology management was a central focus. Carol began a career in technology management at Capital Holding Corporation and has a foundational background in business studies from the University of Louisville.
