Joshua Durham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in asset management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Transamerica Asset Management, Joshua oversees strategy, fund operations, and internal controls for over $60 billion in assets. Throughout a career spanning nearly two decades at Transamerica, Joshua has held multiple senior roles, including Vice President of Retirement Operations and Chief Administration Officer for Transamerica Stable Value Solutions, demonstrating expertise in managing complex financial operations and administration across multiple teams. Prior experience includes managerial positions at AEGON Institutional Markets and HCA, along with a background in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist. Joshua holds an MBA in entrepreneurship and a BSE in Business Economics from the University of Louisville.
