Tonya Stroud

Tonya Stroud currently serves as the Head of Employee Benefits Operations at Transamerica, a position held since February 2022, and has also held titles such as Director of Onboarding Operations and Senior Manager of Implementation within the same company. Prior to Transamerica, Tonya Stroud gained extensive experience at DisabilityRMS, where roles included Senior Client Services Manager and Manager of Administrative Services from March 2011 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Tonya Stroud worked as a Managed Disability Examiner at Disability RMS from February 2011 to March 2012. Educationally, Tonya Stroud earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global between 2018 and 2020, with prior studies at Andover College and Southern New Hampshire University.
