François Long

François Long has over 20 years of experience in finance, payroll, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Administration and Payroll at Transat since October 2020, François previously worked as a consultant and held various leadership roles including Director of Accounts Payable at Uni-Select Inc., and functional specialist for US and Canadian payroll in a SAP project at Resolute Forest Products. François has also managed institutional payroll for the City of Montreal and led shared services at Resolute Forest Products. François's career began in financial accounting at Bowater, where significant achievements included the implementation of financial systems and cost-reduction reports. François holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Université de Moncton.
