Ghyslain Defoy

Ghyslain DeFoy is a seasoned workforce management professional with extensive experience in optimizing operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager WFM at Transat since November 2021, Ghyslain previously held significant roles at Intact, Belron Canada, Desjardins, Nordia, and Fido. Key achievements include the implementation of comprehensive WFM structures, enhancement of team skills and processes, and the introduction of capacity planning, resulting in cost reductions and improved employee satisfaction during organizational changes.
