Eva Livy

Eva Livy is an experienced manager with a strong background in operations and district management. Currently serving as the Area Manager/District Manager at Value Place since July 2008, Eva oversees nine properties in the Houston area. Prior to this role, Eva was the Operations Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from May 2005 to May 2008, responsible for overall operations, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting for a $36 million Fortune 200 company, managing a team of 288 members. Additionally, Eva held the position of Operations Manager at Apple Rock Displays from September 2001 to May 2005.
