Amrit Midha is a seasoned regulatory consulting expert with extensive experience in the banking, asset, and wealth management sectors. Currently serving as Partner & Senior Managing Director at Transatlantic Regulatory Consulting since November 2021, Amrit has also held significant positions including Consultant and Group Chief Compliance Officer at Path, and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where Amrit led Global Suitability and Consequence Management. Previous roles include key compliance positions at the Financial Conduct Authority, Bank of America, State Street Global Advisors, Goldbridge Capital Partners, Western Asset Management, AIG Investments, and Morgan Stanley. Amrit holds an LL.M in Legal Practice from the University of Oxford, an LLB from King's College London, and an MBA from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research, supplemented by education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
