Laurens Drapers

Laurens Drapers is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology, aviation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an airline pilot at Transavia since January 2025, Laurens previously co-founded OneThird, a company focused on preventing food waste through data-driven quality predictions of fresh produce, from April 2021 to 2024. Prior experience includes founding Impact Analytics, where innovative business solutions were developed using advanced technology from September 2018 to April 2021, and working as an analyst and intern at Solid Trading. Additionally, Laurens contributed to skin cancer awareness as an AI researcher at SkinVision and provided consulting services with Young Advisory Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from the same institution, and specialized studies in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam.
