Lacey Heftka

Lacey Heftka's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Marketing/Program Coordinator at A Gift For Teaching. Lacey then went on to work as a Membership Assistant at the Atlanta Apartment Association from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined The McCallie School as an Alumni Relations & Annual Giving Assistant. In 2005, Lacey joined Walt Disney World as a Cast Service Specialist, a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2020, they worked as the Director Of Human Resources at Associates in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Currently, Lacey is the SVP of Human Resources at Transcard, where they have held the position since 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Transcard from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing and implementing various HR programs.

Lacey Heftka attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Management.
