Joe Dunlop

Joe Dunlop serves as the VP of Strategic Sales at Transcarent, a role held since December 2024, where Joe focuses on empowering consumers in a comprehensive consumer-directed health and care platform. Prior to this, Joe was the SVP of Sales for Healthcare Solutions at Paradigm, a specialty care management organization. Joe also held the position of Market Head of Sales at apree health, fostering relationships to enhance market presence, and worked as an Enterprise Sales Director at Castlight Health, supporting healthcare navigation for employers and employees. Joe founded Lastly.com, a legacy preservation platform, and graduated with a BS in Human Factors and Ergonomics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1995.
