Katie Connelly serves as the Senior Director of Solutions Innovation at Transcarent since June 2025, following a distinguished career at Accolade, Inc. from August 2010 to June 2025, where multiple leadership roles included Senior Director of Solutions Management and Director of Product Management. Connelly played a pivotal role during significant changes at Accolade, overseeing the reinvention of the core product suite and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool for health assistants. Prior experiences include teaching restorative yoga and power vinyasa at Hotbox Yoga from February 2019 to June 2024, and serving as Program Center Manager at Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Connelly began her career at the Carroll County YMCA, where leadership roles were held for several summers. Connelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies, Rhetoric, and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond.
