Kristen Bruzek

Kristen Bruzek serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Service Delivery Officer at Transcarent since April 2025, overseeing service delivery operations for over 20 million members, managing a budget in excess of $500 million in revenue and over $60 million in operational costs, and directing a global workforce of more than 1,500 employees. Prior to this role, Kristen held the same title at Accolade, Inc. from February 2015 to April 2025, where responsibilities included similar revenue and operational budget management. Kristen's extensive experience includes roles as a VP/SVP with business unit ownership and product and technology responsibilities, focusing on high-performing, data-driven operations. Earlier professional experience encompasses significant positions at prominent organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, AstraZeneca, Nokia, and others from January 2005 to January 2015. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management & Finance from Drexel University and an MBA in Management & Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
