Andrew Pollock

Andrew Pollock is an experienced back-end developer currently working at Transcend, specializing in software solutions for generative wastewater treatment plant and electrical substation design. Previously, Andrew held roles as a back-end developer at Metro Vancouver and as an assistant project engineer, focusing on in-house software development and internal client request management. Earlier positions included project engineer for utilities planning at the City of Surrey, where Andrew contributed to software development and pressure reducing valve management, and student technician at the District of Saanich, handling technical communication. Andrew’s career started as an engineering assistant at the City of Langley, progressing through various engineering and technical roles. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University, a certificate in Web Development from Lighthouse Labs, and a diploma in Civil Engineering from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
