Zsanett Varga

Zsanett Varga is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR functions and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as HR Manager at Transcend since March 2020, Zsanett partners with the business to align HR strategies with company objectives and oversee the employee lifecycle. Previously, Zsanett held the position of HR Manager at memoQ from 2018 to 2020, focusing on organizational design, policy development, and talent attraction strategies. Zsanett also worked as a freelance HR Consultant in 2017 and served as Senior Regional HRBP at AMC Networks from 2009 to 2016. Zsanett is currently pursuing a coaching credential with CHN International Leadership Academy and holds a degree in HR management from European Business School.
