Natasha Whitehurst

Natasha Whitehurst currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Global Inclusion Lead at Rolls-Royce since October 2022. In addition, Natasha co-hosts D&I Spy alongside Dr. Julie Humphreys, focusing on diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices. Prior experience includes roles as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Reach plc, Head of HR at Rapport Guest Services, and Regional Manager at Deloitte. Earlier positions involve Operations Manager at Premier Inn and General Manager at Whitbread. Natasha holds a degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a degree in Fashion & Textile Retailing from The University of Manchester.
