Rotem Carmely currently serves as the Director of Education and Growth at WaveMakers.io, leading initiatives to make leadership education accessible to emerging leaders globally. Carmely is also a Transcend Fellow and previously held roles in ecosystem engagement and communications at Subsquid and Parity Technologies, respectively. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Clustered, Carmely created a platform for knowledge sharing among creators. Involved in fostering female entrepreneurship, Carmely served as an Ambassador for the Future Females Berlin Chapter and co-founded a women's social and work club in Berlin. Earlier career experiences include community management at Bonial.com, customer solutions at Wix.com, and technical support at IBM. Carmely earned a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University.
