Michael Mielke

Michael Mielke has extensive work experience in various roles related to commercial operations and analytics. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations at Transcendia, Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CRM & Commercial Analytics Manager at Avient Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held multiple positions at PolyOne from 2013 to 2019, including Sr Specialist, CRM & Commercial Analytics, Sr. Marketing Analyst, and Financial Analyst, among others. Michael also completed a Finance Leadership & Development Program at PolyOne, gaining valuable experience in financial planning and analysis, manufacturing control, mergers & acquisitions, and business unit finance analysis. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in systems such as SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Hyperion, Oracle FDM, Thomson One, Capital IQ, and Microsoft Office.

Michael Mielke obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Michigan State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In May 2020, they also obtained a certification in Predictive Analytics Essential Training for Executives from LinkedIn.
