Satya Rao

Satya Rao has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Satya began their career in 1996 as a Project Manager for Silverline Industry and Silverline Technologies. In 1998, they became a Technology Consultant for Chase Manhattan Bank. Satya then worked as a Technology Consultant for JP Morgan in 1996. In 2000, they worked as a Technology Consultant for Number Six and Merrill Lynch. From 2001 to 2015, they worked at Citi as a VP | Technology Proj Manager. Satya was part of the team that executed a platinum initiative to re-engineer the technology platform to provide STP capabilities, real-time transaction, balance, and position for the Fixed Income Prime Brokerage (FIPB) business. Satya also established and mentored an offshore development group in Shanghai, China. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at State Street as a Director Vice President Global Continuous Operations. In 2019, they joined Transcend as a Senior Project Manager.

Satya Rao attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 1981 to 1983.
