Steve Vena

Steve Vena has worked in the financial industry since 1991. Steve began their career at Prudential Financial as an SVP and then moved to Lehman Brothers in 1993, where they were the Managing Director Global Head of Fixed Income Operations. In 2008, they joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director Head TMG Global Middle Office. In 2009, they became the Managing Director at Millennium. Steve then went on to become Self Employed in 2010. In 2015, they joined eClerx as Managing Principal, Global Head of Business Development and Sales BPO and SaaS. In 2018, they became the Brexit Transformation Lead at Jefferies. In 2019, they joined HSBC as Business Transformation Global Markets. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Transcend as Senior Strategist and Business Development.

Steve Vena graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Accounting.
