Jenny Milata

Jenny Milata has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research and project management. Jenny is currently working at Transcenta as the Sr. Director, Clinical Scientist. Prior to this, they held the role of Associate Director, Clinical Research Scientist at HUTCHMED. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company, first as a Clinical Case Manager and then as a Clinical Research Scientist. Before that, they were a Clinical Project Manager at Cook Research Incorporated. Jenny started their career at Indiana University School of Nursing as a T32 Pre-Doctoral Fellow and later worked as the Director of Systematic Evaluation and Quality Improvement at Ivy Tech Community College. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Indiana University as a Clinical Research Project Manager/Research Associate, leading multi-site clinical trials, training study personnel, and improving project efficiency. Prior to that, they held roles as Research Nurse Manager and Clinical Research Nurse at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Jenny Milata holds a Master's Degree in Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they completed in 2009. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a Board Certified Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Later, Jenny pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, completing it in 2017.
