Michelle Mehltretter has held a variety of positions in the logistics and customer service industries since 2007. Michelle began their career in 2007 as an Assistant to the Vice President at T H Sunglass, where they were responsible for screening phone calls, typing documents and managing the company's Amazon and Ebay accounts. In 2008, they moved to Overseas Operations, Inc. as an International Customer Service Representative, where they were accountable for 70 customers daily and created documents for exporting purposes. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Platinum Cargo Logistics as an Accounting Administrator, where they were responsible for bank reconciliations and processing weekly check runs. In 2012, they joined Catalyst Solutions Inc. as a Sales Account Administrator, where they conducted searches for new leads and assisted high profile customers with transporting street dated shipments. Finally, in 2014, they joined Freight Consultants International as a Sales Account Administrator and Office Manager Assistant, where they corresponded with warehouses and customers to ensure shipping and delivery schedules were approved. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Representative at Transcepta.
