Nicole Collazo

Nicole Collazo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and call center operations. Currently serving as a Senior Coordinator at TransCita since May 2014, Nicole focuses on call distribution, customer service issues, and the coordination of transportation services. Previous roles include working as a Signage Associate at OfficeMax, where responsibilities encompassed store presentation and promotional displays, and as a TeleSales Representative at Sears, Roebuck and Co., managing customer renewals and service inquiries. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto Bayamon and a High School Diploma from Bayamon Military Academy.
