Antonio Aparicio Bermejo

Antonio Aparicio Bermejo has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Antonio is currently the Cx Digital Advisory Director at Transcom, where they lead the CX Advisory team in Iberia and focuses on implementing seamless and effortless customer experiences. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of PMO, Transformation & Consulting at Transcom, where they defined the portfolio, structure, working methodology, and governance model of the area.

Before joining Transcom, Antonio worked at NEORIS as a Mobile Project Manager at BBVA Innovation. In this role, they managed the development of native mobile applications for BBVA and optimized software lifecycle processes. Antonio also worked at Comdata España & Latam as the Head of Consulting and Development, where they were responsible for creating and defining the Consulting and Development Department.

Earlier in their career, Antonio worked at Accenture as a Consultant, specializing in CRM integration and product organization areas. Antonio led CRM working methodology implementation projects and managed teams. Antonio also founded and managed their own company, Ingeniería de Alta Tecnología, which they later closed.

Additionally, Antonio has academic experience as a part-time Professor at the Superior Engineering School of Bilbao and as an investigator in the Clean Room for Semiconductor Processes at the Microelectronics Technology Institute. Their areas of expertise include electronics and solar photovoltaic cells.

Antonio Aparicio Bermejo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad de Alcalá, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed a PhD Program in Information Technology at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 2000 to 2003. Antonio also earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the same institution, which they finished in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Antonio has obtained additional certifications such as Scrum Master Certified, Machine Learning (from Coursera), Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL v3 Foundations.
