Jyoti Nayak

Jyoti Nayak is a seasoned professional in quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Transcom since February 2024. Previously, Jyoti worked as a Quality Analyst at VCOSMOS from June 2022 to February 2024 and as a Quality Specialist at Vatsla Creations between September 2020 and June 2022, focusing on E-Commerce quality processes and compliance with client SOPs. From September 2015 to August 2019, Jyoti held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at Teleperformance. Jyoti holds a Master's degree from the University of Rajasthan.
