Lilian Martinez

Lilian Martinez has an extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Lilian currently serves as the Finance Director for the Nordics & Baltics at Transcom, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to this, Lilian worked as the CFO for Northern Europe at Transcom from June 2023 to December 2023. Lilian also worked as a Management Consultant specializing in IT Management & Business Transformation at Forefront Consulting from January 2019 to September 2023. Lilian has additional experience as a Senior Finance Consultant at Länsförsäkringar, an Interim Group IT Controller at ICA Gruppen and Transcom, an Interim IT Controller at Pensionsmyndigheten, an Interim Business Controller at Telenor, and a Business Controller at Aller Media AB, CCH® Tagetik Nordic, and Telia Company.

Lilian Martinez received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Cádiz in 2005. Lilian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Economics from Södertörn University, which they completed in 2006. In 2011 to 2012, they studied Ekonomistyrning at Linnaeus University. Currently, Lilian is pursuing a degree in Projektledning at Linnaeus University, starting in 2023. In 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
