Raul Rosario

Raul Rosario has extensive experience in operations management, starting with their role as Operations Manager at Turner Associates Inc in 1995. Raul then moved on to become the Operations/Fulfillment Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems in 2011, where they oversaw the daily operations of the WMATA program. Currently, Raul is the Associate Vice President/Sr. Director of Operations at TransCore, leading operations in the Mid-Atlantic region and managing a $50 million portfolio. Throughout their career, Raul has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and a focus on achieving financial objectives.

Raul Rosario attended Strayer University-Maryland from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Contract Management and Accounting. Raul then continued their education at Northen Virginia Community College from 2010 to 2011, specializing in Government Contracting.
