Chelsea Mack

Chelsea Mack is an experienced professional with a background in pharmacy and customer service. Since March 2013, Chelsea has worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Transdermal Therapeutics, focusing on patient insurance billing and clerical tasks. Prior to this, Chelsea served as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica from January 2012 to January 2013, managing high-volume calls regarding wireless accounts and offering additional products. Chelsea began a career in communications as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Spring Hill College in early 2011, where responsibilities included writing press releases and coordinating events. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Integrated Communications from Spring Hill College and a General Studies diploma from Tarrant High School.
