Paul Nesbella

Paul Nesbella, MBA, serves as the Senior Medical Science Liaison at Transdermal Therapeutics since 2012, specializing in innovative pain management solutions for complex conditions. In addition to this role, Paul is the President of P&D Med Solutions LLC, reflecting a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Paul held senior sales positions at Sanofi-Aventis, where responsibilities included promoting key medications such as Lovenox and Plavix to medical professionals across West Central Pennsylvania. Prior experience includes roles at Sanofi~Synthelabo and Organon Sanofi~Synthelabo, where Paul contributed to the successful launch and institutional sales of several therapeutic products. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Francis University.
