Alfred Stich

Alfred Stich currently serves as Geschäftsführer at Ola Ostseeland Verkehr GmbH and Netlog GmbH, while also heading the Technical Department at Transdev GmbH since January 2017. With extensive experience in the railway and infrastructure sector, Alfred held multiple leadership roles at Bombardier Transportation from 2001 to 2016, including Project Director for the high-speed ICE3 project and Head of Engineering & Performance Management for Northern Europe. Previously, Alfred led the Electric Assembly for Passenger Coaches and Cab Cars at AEG – Bahntechnik GmbH from 1989 to 1994. Alfred's expertise spans fleet management, innovation, maintenance, logistics, and project management in critical railway projects.
