Jack Louie

Jack Louie has a diverse work experience in the field of quality and continuous improvement. Jack started their career as a Quality Systems Supervisor at Esterline Hytek Finishes in 2001, where they were responsible for managing a team and handling customer communication. From 2004 to 2007, Jack served as a Lean Facilitator, contributing to the company's lean initiatives. Jack then took on the role of Training & Process Improvement Supervisor. In this position, they developed and administered training programs for over 200 employees while continuing to serve as a Lean leader.

In 2012, Jack joined Hytek Finishes Co. as the Director of Continuous Improvement, where they were responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and teaching lean principles. Jack also played a key role in designing a new employee onboarding process. Since 2020, Jack has served as the VP of Quality & CI at Hytek Finishes Co., further enhancing their leadership and strategic abilities.

In 2018, they briefly worked at TransDigm Group Inc. as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement, adding to their extensive experience in the field.

Jack Louie attended Wurzburg American Highschool from 1984 to 1987. Jack then went on to study at Green River College from 1987 to 1988.
