Adrian E. Gonzalez Reyna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management consulting, particularly within the oil and gas, technology, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner for Mexico and VP of the Regional Council for Latin America at TRANSEARCH since January 2014, Adrian also holds a professorship in Innovation and Talent Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey. As the founder of ESTEGO Consulting, Adrian has been providing specialized management consulting services to clients in Mexico and the USA since January 2011. Previous roles include Partner at CT Partners, Business Unit Coordinator at CFETelecom, and Managing Director at Global Crossing, among others.
