Carlos Eduardo Zapata Libreros is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in control and protection systems. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Transelec S.A. since August 2019, previous roles include Electrical Project Engineer at INGEMA CHILE, and Director of Operations at T-Elec Proyectos, C.A., where responsibilities ranged from project negotiation to execution in electricity, electromecanical, and telecommunications.
