Allan Graham Pangaribuan has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Kumon Indonesia for a brief period. In 2015, they served as an Indonesian Language Tutor in the Royal Australian Air Force. Later that year, they joined Deloitte as part of their Financial Advisory Services team, focusing on Restructuring. In 2016, they worked as an Ambassador/Representative to the Faculty of Business and Economics at The University of Melbourne.

In 2017, Allan participated in the Citi Future Leaders Indonesia program, which provided insights into the finance and banking industry. During the same year, they also joined Grab as a Business Ops Manager/Area Manager, responsible for the top-line and bottom-line growth in the Malang and Satellite Cities region.

In 2021, Allan joined Shopee as part of their Business Development team, where they developed and executed strategies for growth across the marketplace platform. Allan Graham then moved to FREENOW, a ride-hailing mobile app, where they served as a Strategy & Operations Manager for various regions including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia.

Currently, Allan is working as the Global Operations Manager at transferz, starting in 2023.

Allan Graham Pangaribuan began their education in 2012, attending the International Baccalaureate at Sekolah Pelita Harapan International until 2014, where they obtained an IB Diploma. In 2014, Allan enrolled at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Economics and Finance. Allan Graham completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at the University of Melbourne in 2017. During their studies, Allan also had the opportunity to participate in a Study Abroad Exchange program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016, focusing on Development Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Allan pursued several certifications. In 2015, they obtained certifications from Deloitte in various areas, including Confidentiality & Insider Trading, Focus on Privacy, IAS 17 - Leases, IAS 36 - Impairment of Assets, IAS 41 - Agriculture, Information Security, Introduction to Workplace Ethics, Introduction to the Ethical Principles, Social Engineering, Social Media and Deloitte, The Importance of Ethics, Ethics in Action - The Power of One, and Independence Policy Awareness (Global). Moreover, Allan successfully passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 exam in December 2017 and the Level 2 exam in June 2018. Allan Graham also received the Grab Emerging Leader certification in March 2019.
