Mike Watts FCMA has had an extensive career in finance, holding various roles such as Finance Director and Managing Director in companies like First Advantage, Crisp Group, and Suttons Consumer Products Ltd. Mike has expertise in managing financial transitions, implementing cloud-based accounting software, and providing executive support to healthcare providers and SMEs. Mike has also served as a Trustee for Friends of South Devon College Students, demonstrating their commitment to philanthropic causes.

Mike Watts FCMA completed their GCSE & 'A' Levels at Churston Grammar School from 1985 to 1991. Mike went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Humberside, graduating in 1995. Later, from 2000 to 2007, they pursued Management Accountancy at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, receiving the ACMA designation.
