Patrick Lindsley has a wealth of experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment field. Theircareer began in 2002 with Convergys, where they worked as a Workforce Analyst. In 2005, they moved to Conduent (formerly Affiliated Computer Services) as a Recruiter. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at eviCore healthcare (formerly CareCore National) as a Human Resources Generalist and Corporate Recruiter. In 2011, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Contract Sales Recruiter. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Corporate RPO Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Korn Ferry as a Senior Recruiter and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Since 2020, they have been a Talent Acquisition Manager at Transfinder, where they successfully rebuilt the applicant tracking system resulting in improved user and candidate experience along with robust reporting.
Patrick Lindsley obtained their secondary diploma from Oneida High School. Patrick then attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where they earned an A.A.S. in Business Administration. Patrick continued their education at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General in 1999. Patrick then obtained an M.S. in Business Management/Human Resources from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in 2002.
