Anssi Ruokonen

Anssi Ruokonen is the current Chief Product Officer at Transfluent, a position they have held since August 2019. Anssi is responsible for leading the company's design and development efforts, and has been instrumental in driving innovation and product development for Transfluent's fast, high-quality multilingual AI customer service.

Prior to joining Transfluent, Ruokonen served as Principal Consultant | Marketing and Business Transformation at Nordic Morning from January 2018 to July 2019, where they helped clients to spot and develop new business opportunities, implement data-driven ways of working, and transform their businesses.

Before that, Ruokonen was Head of Production at Seed Digital Media Oy from September 2010 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Ruokonen is a skilled leader with a proven track record in driving innovation and product development. Anssi is a strong advocate for using data to drive decision-making, and is passionate about helping businesses grow and serve their customers better.
