Rachel Utz

Rachel Utz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2021, they have been working at TransForce, where they started as a Sales Operations Manager and was quickly promoted to Director Sales Operations. In this role, they manage a team of Sales Operations Professionals, collaborates with other teams to streamline processes, and supports four Sales Teams. Rachel is responsible for tasks such as quota setting and management, sales quoting and contracting administration, and sales compensation design and administration. Rachel also assists Sales Management in identifying process bottlenecks and leads continuous process improvement efforts.

Prior to TransForce, Rachel worked at Pactera EDGE from 2015 to 2021 as a Sales Operations Specialist. Rachel also has experience in radio as a Disc Jockey and Promotions Assistant at WWVU-FM from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, Rachel took part in a Marketing Practicum with UGG Australia through the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics. Rachel has also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Tioga in 2012 and as an Administrative and Events Assistant at the WVU College of Business and Economics from 2011 to 2012. Rachel began their career as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech from 2009 to 2010 and later became an Administrative Assistant Manager at Cinemark from 2007 to 2009.

Rachel Utz received their education at West Virginia University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma in General Studies from Stephen Decatur High School between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Rachel has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, Google AdWords Display Advertising Certification and Google AdWords Search Advertising certification from Google, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Rachel also has the Internet Core Computing Curriculum certification.
