Alberto Blandon

Alberto Blandon, MBA, serves as a Senior Recruiter at Transformco since April 2023 and has held the position of President at Professional Searches since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. and Recruiter at Velex. Alberto's career in recruitment began as Recruiting Manager at RPL International and Manager at Mattress Firm. Additional experience includes an internship with UCF Athletics and a position as Student Assistant at the Student Academic Resource Center. Alberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA with a focus in Marketing from the Florida Institute of Technology.
