Luke Valentino

Luke Valentino is a General Counsel & Secretary of Transformco, where Luke leads a 25-person legal department. With a background in corporate law and experience in fast-paced environments, Luke also served as a Divisional Vice President at Sears Holdings Corporation and a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP. Luke Valentino is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
