Roshene A. Clarke

Roshene A. Clarke is currently serving as an Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Transformco. Prior to this, Clarke held positions as Senior Counsel at Flagstar Bank and Signature Bank, focusing on general liability matters. With a background in consumer finance litigation and experience as an attorney at various law firms, Clarke is well-versed in assisting clients with risk management and litigation strategies. Clarke obtained a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law after completing a B.A. in Political Science/Communications at the University at Buffalo.
