Chiderah Okoye

Chiderah Okoye serves as the Managing Director at Transform Power Systems since April 2020 and is a Board Member of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts, Inc. since January 2020. Prior experience includes Executive Director of the Venly Institute from July 2017 to December 2023 and a member of the Black Advisory Commission for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from February 2017 to January 2023. Chiderah was a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum from November 2015 to September 2022 and a Founding Co-Chair/Board Member at the Affinity Leadership Consortium from July 2015 to December 2020. Additional roles include Advisor/President Emeritus at NSBE Boston Professionals (July 2018 - June 2020) and Industrial Inside Sales Manager at Northeast Electrical Distributors (September 2015 - July 2017). Chiderah's earlier positions include State Director of Venly (March 2013 - September 2015) and Channel Sales Engineer at Rockwell Automation (July 2010 - March 2013). Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
