Manila Kerketta

Manila Kerketta is a Consultant in Entrepreneurship & Employability at Transform Rural India since July 2023. Previously, Manila served as a Tourism Fellow and Assistant Manager at AIC-JKLU from June 2022 to April 2023, and as an Assistant Manager at Atal Incubation Centre-Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini for a brief period in early 2022. Manila held the position of Program Associate (Incubation) at the Center For Social And Responsible Business from September 2020 to January 2022, and worked as a Resource Person at the Social Audit Unit, Jharkhand, in August 2020, coordinating the empanelment process for volunteer resource persons and monitoring related activities. Additionally, Manila was a Field Monitor at JSLPS in March 2019, overseeing the DAKIYA scheme through stakeholder surveys. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2018-2020) and an undergraduate degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Ranchi Women's College, Ranchi.
