Shahzad Khan

Shahzad Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rural development, social policy, and capacity building. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Transform Rural India since March 2024, Khan focuses on providing technical and strategic support to the Rural Development Department of Uttar Pradesh. Previously, at the Commonwealth Local Government Forum, leadership was demonstrated through project management and strategy development for local economic growth in Madhya Pradesh. Shahzad Khan's background includes roles as a Social Policy Adviser at EY, a Consultant with Swiss Capacity Building Facility, and a Livelihoods Expert at IPE Global Limited, where a strong emphasis was placed on pro-poor strategies.
