Piyali Chakraborty

Piyali Chakraborty has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Piyali started their career in 2010 at Pratham Education Foundation as an ASER Regional Team leader, where they oversaw state-level operations and provided training and guidance to staff and volunteers. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at YouthInvest Foundation as a Program Coordinator, focusing on setting up Education Centers for underprivileged girls and collaborating with government departments. Piyali then joined IQVIA as a State Supervisor from 2018 to 2019, where they built relationships with government officials and ensured program quality through recruitment and supervision. In 2020, they returned to YouthInvest Foundation as a District Coordinator, responsible for planning, implementation, and capacity building activities across districts. Currently, they are employed at Transform Schools, People For Action as a Project Lead, overseeing projects and initiatives related to education. Additionally, they hold the position of State Head at the same organization. Piyali's work experience showcases their expertise in education program management, relationship building, and strategic planning.
