Jeff Repper

Jeff Repper has held various roles in the clinical research industry since 2005. Jeff began their career at BCDES as a Special Project Coordinator in 2005. In 2006, they joined Medpace as a CRA III, where they conducted clinical research monitoring under the site management approach. In 2010, they joined MediSync Clinical Research as Vice President and PriMed Clinical Research as Director. In their role at PriMed Clinical Research, Jeff was responsible for comprehensive business and personnel leadership, board level reporting, goal creation and achievement, operations and regulatory compliance, sales and contracting, financial reporting, tool creation and acquisition, and employee recruitment, growth and development. In 2016, Jeff joined ARC Clinical Research as Executive Director, where they were responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of the key initiatives required to achieve the goals of the company. Most recently, in 2021, Jeff joined Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions as Executive Vice President of Strategic Site Initiatives, where they are developing unique platforms designed to transform the Clinical Research Industry.

Jeff Repper attended Miami University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Science (BATSC) degree with a double major in English and Biology.
