Laura C. Thomas, MPA, PMP has a wealth of experience in the education and consulting sectors. Laura C. began their career in 2002 as an Import Export Supply Chain Logistics Fellow at Reichhold. In 2005, they joined DB Consulting Group, Inc. as a Technical Assistance Consultant & Project Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at WilmerHale as a Project & Performance Management Leader. In 2012, they joined Education Pioneers as a Fellow. In 2017, they founded Effective to Great Education, a P-12 social impact technology startup venture. In 2019, they became the Chapter Lead of The Transformative Tech Lab.

Laura C. Thomas, MPA, PMP has an education background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in International and Area Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Administration from Brown University with a focus on Public Policy & Education Policy, and a semester abroad at the Universitat d'Alacant. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2012.
